Each lesson is one week. You get four exercises with each lesson, so you start out with only four exercises done each evening. The next week, you get four more. Eventually you are doing 8 powerful morning exercises and 12 powerful evening exercises for a total of about 20-25 minutes per day.It’ll feel easy at first and you’ll want to come back for more. Who was George F. Jowett?
Born in 1891, George Jowett was just six months old when his mom dropped him and he suffered a traumatic injury to his abdomen.Strapped to an operating table, he endured many painful and primitive operations throughout his youth.
